No. 6501 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 on the file of Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Tiruchirappalli and set aside one of the condition as the petitioner to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- into the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Lalgudi to the credit of S.T.C.No.227 of 2021 set aside the same by allowing the revision petition. ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition is filed, challenging the condition imposed by the learned First Additional District and Sessions Judge in Crl.A.No.95 of 2024, directing the petitioner herein to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of S.T.C.No.227 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi.

2. However, this Court had passed an order on 12.06.2025, relaxing the said condition by reducing the amount from Rs.2,00,000/- to Rs.50,000/-. The petitioner herein had been fully complied with the said order by making a payment of Rs.50,000 to the credit of S.T.C.No.227 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Lalgudi and the same is received by the said Court on 18.06.2025. The receipt of the same is also produced before me.

3. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, is directed to accept the sureties produced by the petitioner herein and suspend the sentence.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
