ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.29 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.This Court, by order dated 01.09.2015, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner therein, wherein at paragraphs 6 to 8, it has been held as follows:

"6.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

7. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, and on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall furnish immovable property security for the amount of Rs.6,20,000/- and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 8.

The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which the petitions for anticipatory bail stand dismissed."

3.Subsequently, as the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court, dated 01.09.2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12243 of 2015, the anticipatory bail petition was dismissed automatically.

4. Now, the petitioner has come out with the present petition for Anticipatory Bail on the ground that she could not arrange property security for the amount of Rs.6,20,000/- within the time limit granted by this Court. Now, she is arranged the security.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and being satisfied with the reasons given by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram and on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on condition that, the petitioner shall furnish immovable property security for the amount of Rs.6,20,000/- as per the order of this Court dated 01.09.2015 and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
