The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the second respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate, relating to documents vide sale deeds No.811/1984, dated 20.09.1984; No.813/1984, dated 20.09.1984; No.814/1984, dated 20.09.1984; No. 815/1984, dated 19.09.1984 and Sale deeds vide Doc.No.805/1984 dated 19.09.1984, 806/1984 dated 19.09.1984, 807/1984 dated 19.09.1984, 808/1984 dated 19.09.1984, 809/1984 dated 19.09.1984, 810/1984 dated 16.09.1984, 812/1984 dated 19.09.1984, 787/1984 dated 16.09.1984, 788/1984 dated 16.09.1984, 789/1984 dated 16.09.1984, 790/1984 dated 16.09.1984, 791/1984 dated 16.09.1984, 792/1984, dated 16.09.1984, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.01.2023 made 2/5
to the second respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 25.01.2023 made to the first respondent in person .
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner has given representation dated 23.01.2023 in person before the first respondent.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents have not received any representation so far.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the writ petitioner is directed to give fresh representation and on reciept of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and issue Non-traceable Certificate to the writ petitioner, after ensuring the said 3/5
documents have not been deposited for any purpose following the circular issued by the Director General of Police.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
