O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent herein is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already the petitioner has given a complaint against the third respondent herein before the second respondent and that complaint has not been enquired into by the second respondent. Whereas, based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent herein, namely Sekar, Sub-Inspector of Police, has already been transferred to Dindigul on 01.07.2019 and he is no more working in the S.S.Colony Police Station. That apart, only based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry is being conducted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, S.S.Colony Police Station and they are not harassing the petitioner, as alleged by her.

5. Considering the fact that already a specific allegation has been made against Sekar and now, he has been transferred and another Investigating Officer is enquiring the complaint, the Investigating Officer concerned is directed to proceed with the complaint and under the guise of enquiry, he is directed not to harass the petitioner.

6. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
