RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl. O.P. (MD) No. 23188 of 2015 dated 11.12.2015 directing the Petitioner to report before Pallavaram Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.00 am instead of reporting before the respondent Police and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.R.ANBARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- It is seen that this petitioner was granted bail on 11.12.2015 on condition that he should report before the respondent police everyday. While so, this petitioner was arrested in Crime No.318 of 2015 under Section 307 IPC and this Court, while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1212 of 2016, had directed that the petitioner should report before the Pallavaram Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.00 a.m.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) submitted that pursuant to the earlier order, the petitioner is reporting before the Inspector of Police, Pallavaram, Chennai, from 17.02.2016 onwards.

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.23188 of 2015 dated 11.12.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Pallavaram Police Station at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
