The Petitioner herein seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 5 from conducting survey by providing Police protection in respect of the Petitioner's property situated in S.No.107/1 to an extent of 3 acres 35 cents situated at Pichampatti Panchayat, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District without following the due process of law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 would submit that survey of the abovementioned property was already completed and hence, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

4.Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
