This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the order of rejection passed in Section application in E.A.No...... unnumbered of 2021 against E.P.No.295 of 1997 in O.S.No.493 of 1989, on 25.01.2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Bodinayakanur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the Public Interest Litigation filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.9380 of 2019 was pending, the petitioner has filed the above said Execution Application for the stay of E.P.No.295 of 1997. C.R.P.(MD)No.279 of 2021 submit that now, the said writ petition has been disposed of and therefore, the prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
