ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under order 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) order-1982 r/w Section 7(1) a (ii) of EC Act, 1955 in Crime No.135 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is not having any bad antecedent and hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.Per contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has submitted that totally there are three accused in this case. petitioner is A3. He further submitted that A1 and A2 were arrested and remanded to judicial custody. He further submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case of similar in nature. Hence, he opposed this petition.

5.Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is having one previous case of similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
