JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant wants to withdraw this appeal, as the matter has been settled between the parties. However, he would submit that though the appellant settled the entire loan amount to the 1/4

respondent and she released the mortgage deed dated 19.08.2024, which was also registered before the Sub Registrar, Karivalamvanthanallur, Tenkasi District, she has not returned the original sale deed dated 02.06.2008 to the appellant.

2.In view of the above, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As far as the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant with regard to non-handing over of the original sale deed, is concerned, the appellant is directed to take a certified copy of the documents from the authorities concerned and the same may be used as a original for all practical purposes. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 27.11.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No Yuva To 1.The Principal District Court, Tirunelveli.
