This habeas corpus petition is filed by wife alleging that her husband's whereabouts not known since 10.11.2022. Day prior to that, there was a quarrel with his family members, following that, he went missing. She gave complaint to Sivakasi East Police Station on 23.11.2022, till date they have not taken any efforts to trace her husband. Hence, she has approached this Court by way of habeas corpus petition.

2. After notice, today, the respondent police has produced the husband of the petitioner. According to the respondent police, husband of the petitioner has left the petitioner and presently with another married lady in live-in-relation.

3. Today, the petitioner also present before this Court and she has ensured that her husband is alive.

4. Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed. If the petitioner has any grievance regarding the maintenance or desertion, she has to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum. Index :Yes/No (G.J.,J.) (K.K.R.K.,J.
