notice issued by the third respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No. 12/2020 dated 01.02.2021 and quash the same so far as the petitioners' shops are concerned and consequently, direct the respondents to extend the lease period in respect of the petitioners' occupied shops.

2. The order impugned is the auction notice issued by the third respondent. A reading of the impugned notice would clearly show that the auction was for a period from 01.04.2021 to 31.03.2022. The period has come to end. Therefore, these writ petitions have become infructuous.
