O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to produce the petitioner's color copy of the original OMR sheet along with rank and provide counseling to the petitioner based on the marks secured in the written examination for the post Combined Civil Services Examination - IV (Group-IV) Services for the year 2024 pursuant to Notification No.01/2024, dated 30.01.2024, by considering her representation, dated 21.11.2024 vide email.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the selection process is not yet completed and the Certificate Verification and interview are scheduled from 22.01.2025 to 07.03.2025. The learned Standing Counsel contends that as per the earlier orders passed by this Court, the petitioner is entitled to get OMR sheet only after the completion of the selection process.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the respective counsels, in our considered view, the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondent to furnish the copy of 2/4
OMR sheet along with rank within two weeks after 07.03.2025 to meet the ends of justice. So far as the prayer of the petitioner to provide counseling to her based on the marks secured in the written examination cannot be considered at present. After receipt of the OMR sheet, she can revive the said request.
4. With the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to furnish the copy of the original OMR sheet to the petitioner on or before 21.03.2025. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
