This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to quash the Crime No.213 of 2012 on the file of the 1st respondent in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the 1st respondent would submit that in this case charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Madurai.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to consider the charge sheet without any further delay. intention of this Court. The learned Magistrate is also directed to file a report informing the reason for delay in consideration of the charge sheet and report compliance.
