This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and permitting to construct a compound wall in Re-sy No.564/1 in Pacode Village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

2.The petitioner seeks police protection to the life and limb and permitting to construct a compound wall in Re-sy No.564/1 in Pacode Village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District . Now, 3 1⁄2 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
