(MD).No.1389 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.140 of 2017 by an order dated 22.02.2017 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JERIN MATHEW, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.MAYILVAHANA RAJENDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed by this Court, dated 22.02.2017 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4490 of 2017 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.140 of 2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The petitioner was directed to appear before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., as per the order of this Court dated 22.02.2017 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4490 of 2017 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.140 of 2017.
4.Report received from the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, dated 17.06.2017, reveals the fact that the petitioner regularly appeared before the concerned Court once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., from 06.03.2017 onwards.

5.Perused the records.
6.Considering the fact that Crl.R.C(MD)No.140 of 2017 is still pending for disposal before this Court, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court once in a month i.e., on the 1st working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the case.
