ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking direction against the Respondents not to harass the Petitioners under the guise of an enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the Respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the complaint lodged by one Sekar with the second respondent was registered in C.S.R.No.55 of 2024 and after enquiry, it was found out that it was a money dispute and the same was closed in the light of the circular of the Director General of Police, Head of State Police Force, Tamil Nadu State, Chennai -4 issued in Rc.No. 892914/X1/2020 dated 12.03.2021 and the circular of the Additional Director General of Police, Chennai, issued in C.No.18/ADGP/L & O/Camp/2024 dated 09.01.2024.
