The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.10/ Mugaam/ Ka.U.Aa/Sa and O/2025 dated 02.02.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct protest on 04.02.2025 from 15.00 to 21.45 in the 16 Kaal Mandapam Thirupparankundram Madurai on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2025.

2. In view of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court for the same prayer, this Writ Petition become infructuous. 2/4
