RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by the order dated 27.01.2023 passed in Crl O.P (MD) No. 1487 of 2023 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KRISHNAVENI.P, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1487 of 2023, dated 27.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1487 of 2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner no.1/A3 shall report before the Kodaikanal police station everyday at 11.30 a.m., and the petitioner no.2/A5 shall report before the Manaparai police station everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
