This petition is filed to direct respondents not to harass the first petitioner and her husband under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioners were only called for enquiry, after issuing summons, and therefore, there is no harassment by the 2nd respondent police. 3.Recording the above submission, this petition is closed.
