PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first and second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner so as to ensure to live peacefully in his house bearing Door No.187/3, Thippanuthu Village, Ettayapuram Taluk, Thoothukudi District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 04.02.2022. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner so as to ensure to live peacefully in his house bearing Door No.187/3, Thippanuthu Village, Ettayapuram Taluk, Thoothukudi District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 04.02.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 13.02.2022.
