Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MANOHARAN.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.109 of 2023, dated 05.01.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.109 of 2023, dated 05.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
