ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent to comply with the order in Crl.M.P.No.4028 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruchirappalli, dated 16.08.2019 consequently, to register the complaint and file the report.

2. It is evident from the records that though the learned Judicial Magistrate has passed the order, dated 16.08.2019, in Crl.M.P.No.4028 of 2019, directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and to submit a report within two months, but, admittedly no report has been submitted before the concerned Court till now.

3. It is very shocking to notice that even after the lapse of four years, they have not submitted any report.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that they will conduct enquiry and submit a report within ten days.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to submit a report within ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order before the jurisdictional Court.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
