The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in HMOP.No. 126 of 2019 from the file of the Family Court, Karur to the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai, since she is residing at Sivagangai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Even though the name of the respondent printed in the cause list no one has appeared either in person or through counsel.

3. Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No. 126 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Karur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The Judge, Family Court, Karur is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
