O R D E R

The impugned order passed by the second respondent vide proceedings in B3/883/2018 dated 06.11.2019, is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

2. When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 08.12.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter is posted today, i.e., on 13.12.2022, under the caption "for dismissal". Today also there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The Writ Petition is pending from the year 2020. The order of appointment of fourth respondent to the post of Village Panchayat Secretary is under challenge in the present Writ Petition. However, the petitioner has not even appeared to pursue his case.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
