The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing respondent No.2 to register FIR and initiate necessary action in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 03.11.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after due enquiry, the complaint was closed. However, the respondent is directed to send the closure report to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already sent.
