ORDER
When this Court was about to dismiss the petition on merits, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.
2. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However the trial Court is directed to complete the trial proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
