(MD) NO. 2753 of 2017 vide its order dated 14/03/2016 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PITCHAI MUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.RAMACHANDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is completed and final report has also been file before the concerned Court.

3. In view of the above said submission the condition imposed by this Court earlier is relaxed.
