The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 respondents to take effective steps to provide road and drainage facilities in survey nos.478/11D, 478/12B, 478/13B, 478/11D having length about 46.2 meters and 3.6 meters width in Maniyakaranpatti Village, Sanarpatti Block, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2024
2. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2/5
3.The petitioner is a resident of Maniyakaranpatti of the 5th respondent panchayat. For providing drainage and other facilities to the his village, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents 2 to
5. However, since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.
4. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4.

Considering the said submission and without going into the merits or the contentions made by both sides, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass suitable orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as other persons, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
