ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.09 of 2021 from the file of the second respondent to any other police station which is under the control of the first respondent for conducting an impartial investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent, after completing the investigation, has already filed the final report before the jurisdictional Court on 15.07.2022 and the same is pending for rectification of defects.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
