PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioners complaint dated 08.11.2021 as per the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Tenkasi in Crl.M.P.No. 1 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioners complaint dated 08.11.2021 as per the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Tenkasi in Crl.M.P.No. 1 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022.

2. The petitioner had lodged a complaint before the second respondent and the second respondent did not even register the First Information Report, therefore the petitioner was constrained to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi under Section 156

(3) of Cr.P.C in Crl.M.P.No.01 of 2022 and the learned Magistrate by order dated 12.01.2022 directed the second respondent to complete the enquiry and report. Even then the second respondent did not register the First Information Report.

3. Consider the above, the second respondent is directed to register the case as directed by the learned Magistrate forthwith, conduct enquiry and dispose the same as expeditiously as possible.
