ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2020 and rectify the mistake in classification of land and issue patta based upon the title deeds dated 03.12.1935, 28.03.1981 and 27.03.2017 or in the alternative issue house site patta by regularizing the alleged petty encroachment as per RSO No.1 on the basis of the proceedings of the first respondent dated 27.10.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 27.10.2022, after due enquiry and after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter-parties and also affording an opportunity of hearing to them and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
