According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and after completing the investigation, Charge Sheet has been filed before the concerned trial Court against the petitioner and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.962 of 2023.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
