Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.KARNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.Kandasamy, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to extend the time to surrender and execute the sureties before the Court concerned, as per the order dated 02.12.2016.

Perusal of the records would show that anticipatory bail was granted as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22893 of 2016, dated 02.12.2016, directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court, within 15 days from the date on which the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ copy is made ready and the copy of the order was made ready on

14.12.2017. The present petition has been filed on 23.12.2017. Hence, this petition is in time. Hence, this Court is inclined to extend the time for 10 day, from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
