ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.6 of 2019 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation with regard to the case in Crime No.6 of 2019 has been completed and a negative final report has also been filed before the concerned Magistrate.

Since the investigation in this case has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate, the prayer as such sought for by the petitioner in this petition cannot be granted at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance, it is always open to him to initiate appropriate proceedings to redress the same in the manner known to law. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
