ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to defreeze the current Account of the petitioner bearing Account Number 609605012352 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 11.09.2023 for defreezing his account. However, since the said representation was not considered, he is before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner made a representation to the respondents for defreezing his current account, the petitioner's representation has not been considered so far.

Considering the said submission made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
