ORDER : The Court made the following order : This criminal original petition is filed by the petitioner to cancel the bail granted to the first respondent / accused by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, in Cr.M.P.No.2573 of 2020, dated 05.12.2020.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 28.07.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, it was adjourned. When the matter was again taken up for hearing on 17.09.2021 and on 21.09.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, it was adjourned. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
