ORDER : The Court made the following order :- On 23.06.2022, this Court referred the matter to mediation for settlement, wherein, an agreement was entered between the parties, by which, the petitioner has agreed to pay the money in the scheduled manner and the agreement has also enclosed along with the report.

CRL OP(MD). No.3098 of 2022 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that sofar no case has been registered against the petitioner.

3.In view of the aforesaid settlement between the parties, the question of granting anticipatory bail may not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in terms of the above said settlement. If the complaint is kept pending by the respondent police may be close. The terms of agreement shall form part and parcel of this Order.
