3. Perusal of the materials shows that the petitioners have not surrendered within the time granted by this Court and they have filed this petition out of time. Technically, the order granting anticipatory bail is not in force. Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh anticipatory bail petition.
