This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry except through due process of law

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation in Crime No. 579 of 2020 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam and the same has been taken cognizance in CC.No.128 of 2017.
3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
