O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This pro bono litigation has been filed by the petitioner seeking a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from shifting the TASMAC retail shop No. 10902 from its present place situated in Door No. 14/35/12 comprised in Survey No. 603/3B of Poovanur village, Tenkasi Taluk, Tenkasi District to main road of Poovanur village by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2024 within a time frame.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, by producing the proceedings of 1st respondent in Na.Ka.COLR/14598/2023/S1 dated 25.01.2024, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent stated that

the District Collector has passed final order accepting the proposal for shifting the TASMAC Shop from Door No.14/35/2 to 14/35/11.

3. In view of the order passed by the District Collector in Na.Ka.COLR/14598/2023/S1 dated 25.01.2024, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infrunctuous.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
