This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.388 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.It is seen from the records that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 23.11.2015 for admission, no notice was ordered. Thereafter, it was not listed. Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with this matter. This Court is of the view that the pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose.
