This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents to give necessary police protection on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 18.09.2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that civil dispute exists between brothers, the petitioner being one of them and the parties have been advised to take recourse to civil proceedings.

4. Though learned Government Advocate would rely upon a document allegedly signed by both parties, wherein they agreed to settle the issue before civil forum, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not signed any such document.
