For Respondent : Mrs.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory bail in Cr.No.280 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 341, 323,324,294(b), and 353 of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein was working under the Government Scheme of 100 days taking sand and when the defacto complainant, questioned the same, the petitioners herein intercepted him, abused him and prevented him from doing his official duty.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent person and he has committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation is still pending. She would also submit that no one sustained injuries in the said occurrence.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that no one sustained injuries in the said occurrence, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) along with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
