This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the District Registrar (Societies), Dindigul District, the 2nd respondent herein to complete the enquiry initiated based on the complaints made by the petitioner dated 23.09.2020 and 07.12.2020 regarding the conduct of affairs of the Pattiveeranpatti Hindu Nadargal Uravinmurai Paribalana Sangam.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that elections have already been conducted and it is over and that apart, there are serious disputes between the parties, which can be resolved only before the Civil Court.

3.In view of the same, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted by this Court and the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
