For Respondent : Mrs.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory bail in Cr.No.225 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 4 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 447,294(b), 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act , seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners herein trespassed into property of the defacto complainant and caused damage to the fencing.
3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence and pray for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners.

4.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the accused persons damaged the defacto fencing and the investigation is still pending.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the each of the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand Only) to the credit of Crime No.
225 of 2019, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
