ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2015 and to provide adequate Police Protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2. When, the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.03.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter, on 07.04.2015 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even though today (09.04.2015) also this matter is listed under the caption for dismissal, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
