************* This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to dispose of the Petitioner's application, dated 18.12.2019 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent/Town Panchayat, 3.By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent/Town Panchayat produced a letter of the respondent, dated 18.2.2020, addressed to the Petitioner, calling upon him to produce all the original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

documents pertaining to his application for building permission. 5.As already action has been initiated on the representation of the Petitioner, dated 18.12.2019, it is open to the Petitioner to approach the respondent in this regard and the respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the above-said representation on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
