O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register a case for an alleged offences punishable under Sections 448, 294(b), 506(i), 465, 490, 468 and 420 IPC on the basis of the petitioner's complaint given to the second respondent dated 29.09.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after due enquiry, the complaint was closed. However, the respondent is directed to send the closure report to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already sent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Sd/- Assistant Registrar /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar (C.S) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.
