The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.203 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Family Court Judge, Thanjavur and transfer the same to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Lalgudi, Trichy District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and no representation on behalf of the respondent.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the H.M.O.P.No.203 of 2021, in which, the transfer sought for is decreed on 15.05.2023. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. 4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
