ORDER

This criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to transfer the investigation in Crime NO.212/2014 on the file of the third respondent police to the second respondent for fair investigation and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in the case in Cr.No.212 of 2014 stands transferred to the Karungal police station.
